FCBL is recognized as an emerging leader in the industry however with the changing dynamics of the industry and with AI technology coming in effect, FCBL experienced challenges where they have to provide wide variety of products and for various price ranges. One of their key challenges was related to their employees where the old tenure staff was unwilling to learn new technology, staff turnover increased and customer experience was at stake as new employees were finding it difficult to serve their old customers as they were unable to meet their expectations. FCBL was force to shift themselves to a general advice model which impacted their revenue and profitability.
