If you are not satisfied with the quality of service for any reason, you can only raise a refund request till you approve the Videos and Document made by our experts. Refund will be not applicable After videos and Documents are uploaded on your focuskon account (after your approval.), As soon as the refund request is raised your account will be removed from our servers.

the maximum amount of refund for a service will be the purchased amount paid for the particular service.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be done to the credit card number provided at the time of purchase and in case of debit card / net banking payments refund will be made to the same account.
